As part of the Research and Development team, you can develop and improve existing and new products that satisfy our consumers’ evolving needs. Ferrero R&D is responsible for providing the development laboratories with the best raw materials available in the market. The team also coordinates research to develop and continuously improve products (existing and new) in collaboration with the brands and plant technologists while aligning local R&D units with the global brand guidelines.
