About the Role:
To prepare, develop and manage marketing activities of the assigned Kinder product portfolio on the Czech and Slovak markets.
Main Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for the entrusted Kinder portfolio
Compilation and implementation of a marketing plan according to trends and based on surveys of consumer behavior; its regular update
Coordination of the launch of new products on the market with other departments (sales, logistics
Evaluating the effectiveness of marketing activities and campaigns
Brand development
Brand activation (adaptation of TV campaigns, social media, POS materials, pricing and channel strategies), coordination of activities with other departments (sales, business development, finance)
Tailor-made activities: Proposing and preparing tailor-made activities for the selected key customers, setting mechanics, selecting suitable gifts and providing communication support (for example POS materials), collaborating closely with the key account and field sales team, trade marketing and external providers/suppliers
Sponsorship CSR projects: Managing “Kinder Joy of Moving” project of the Olympic of youth and children
Kinder websites: Supervising and updating Kinder websites in cooperation with the regional HQ and external agencies
Who we are looking for:
We are expecting the following skills and competencies:
- University degree - Fluent Czech and English - Experience in FMCG brand marketing (2-3 years) - Knowledge of local FMCG and retail environment |
- Very good communication and presentation skills - Good analytical skills |
- Smart, initiative and pleasant person - Pro-active and goal-oriented |
