About the Role:
Interesting role for experienced IT person.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support and development of the functionality and solutions of EDI used in Ferrero.
- Consulting Ferrero employees on the functionality of systems that provide EDI
- Implementation of the OTC integration model (Distributor <-> Ferrero) with the involvement of the EDI provider (understanding of OTC processes built on EDI)
- Communication with the provider, setting tasks for changes, testing changes.
- Analysis of incidents that result in the absence of a document on the Ferrero or partner side. Identification of the area where the error occurred, localization of the error and its correction if technically possible. If not possible - creation of a request to the EDI provider support service or to the global Ferrero support service with subsequent monitoring of the implementation or agreement with the user on alternative solutions to the problem.
- Consulting Ferrero employees on EDI functionality.
- Participation in new connections of EDI partners (distributors and networks).
- Leading the process in Ferrero from the IT side (collecting requirements, coordinating with all involved parties (within Ferrero, EDI provider and other partners), formalizing requirements for implementation on the EDI provider side, etc.).
- Participation in implementing settings in the Ferrero accounting system (SAP) to organize new EDI flows or to support/adapt existing ones.
- Leading Ferrero integration projects with Partners (warehouses, etc.) without the participation of the EDI provider (understanding the principles of the AS2 channel).
Who we are looking for:
The following skills and experience with SQL are accepted as advantages:
- Installing and configuring SQL servers
- Ensuring the safety of user and system databases by organizing backups using SQL tools, optimizing databases
- Maintaining current versions of SQL servers by updating versions to the latest current and available ones
- Ensuring and supporting data replication between SQL servers, setting up replication scenarios
