About the Role:
For our Ferrero HQ in Luxembourg, we're searching for an enthusiastic intern to join our External Relations & Corporate Affairs department for a 6-month internship starting in March.
You will support the global communications team in both proactive and reactive efforts to maintain and enhance the reputation of Ferrero Group and its brands. This will involve assisting with strategic communications initiatives that safeguard the company's image while promoting its values and products.
Main Responsibilities:
Thanks to your organizational skills, you will support the global communications editorial calendar, ensuring the alignment of communication activities across the group. You will also identify speaking opportunities for Ferrero's spokespeople at key events and conferences, helping to increase the visibility of the brand.
You will handle media enquiries by conducting research, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and drafting appropriate responses. Additionally, you will contribute to Ferrero’s social and digital platforms by preparing content such as posts and stories, while ensuring consistency and updates across global and local websites.
By conducting research, you will support the delivery of a corporate trust-building campaign ("Quality at Heart") and help assess the reputational impact of proposed brand activities. You will also perform competitor research to strengthen Ferrero’s communication strategies in comparison to its competitors.
Who we are looking for:
You will bring knowledge from a degree in Communications, PR, Journalism or a related field, strong writing skills and creativity to the role, coupled with excellent organizational and communication abilities. You are comfortable working collaboratively within a team setting and can manage multiple tasks effectively.
You are proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Word and PowerPoint, ensuring smooth handling of documents and presentations. Your fluency in both written and spoken English is essential, and any additional language skills will be considered a valuable asset.
