Are you passionate about marketing, creativity, and building brands people love? We’re looking for a Junior Brand Manager who’s ready to grow, learn fast, and help us bring exciting brand ideas to life.

Imagine yourself creating campaigns that click, where your creativity and strategic thinking come to life. You'll be responsible for leading full-circle marketing campaigns that span from digital platforms to in-store experiences, capturing attention and driving impactful results. Your role involves adapting global strategies to create compelling local materials that speak to consumers. In this position, you'll be constantly tracking market trends and studying competitors, always on the lookout for innovative ideas that can set us apart. Collaboration is key, as you'll work across multiple departments, from creative teams to trade marketing, ensuring that every plan is executed seamlessly. Attention to detail is crucial, as you'll manage the flow of documentation and oversee the development of artworks, making sure everything aligns with brand and legal standards. You'll also have the opportunity to support big brands, working closely with the brand manager on global brands and product launches. Your support, whether administrative or otherwise, will be vital in achieving our objectives and driving success.

Who we are looking for

You don't need a decade of experience to join our team; we're looking for individuals with potential, energy, and a passion for branding. If this sounds like you, we'd love to meet you. Ideally, you have 2–3 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a related field. Eagerness to learn and a natural curiosity on self-improvement are essential traits. Your strong communication skills in Hungarian and English, both written and spoken, are required. Comfort with working across various departments and managing diverse projects is important.  You should be organized, analytical, and great at multitasking. Strong skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint is key assets, prior working knowledge with SAP and Nielsen data is an advantage. You thrive under pressure and enjoy working in a fast-paced, international team environment.
