About the Role:

We are looking for a Process Technologist to join our Process Technology team based in Alba (CN). The candidate will collaborate with the team in managing and optimizing process parameters to ensure effective product realization and continuous improvement of our production technology.

Main Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing process parameters to enhance production efficiency and product quality. This includes actively participating in troubleshooting and providing technical support during process deviations. Working closely with cross-functional teams on-site, you will help document best practices and implement improvements aligned with internal standards. Additionally, you will conduct tests and validation procedures for new technologies, ensuring they align with both quality and safety standards.

Your responsibilities will also include conducting tests and validations for adjustments to current processes, ensuring that all changes comply with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will work on identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in production workflows, contributing to the sustainability and overall efficiency of the plant’s operations.

Who we are looking for:

You will bring your Master's Degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field, and 3-5 years of experience in the Food sector.

Your proficiency in English at a professional level and your solid knowledge of the Italian language combined with your excellent problem-solving skills and aptitude for communication and collaboration will allow you to work seamlessly with both internal teams and external partners. Your passion for process improvement and your willingness to engage actively in hands-on project involvement will make you a perfect addition to our team.
