About the Role:
Your tasks will be Managing the Sales Planning Process of Austria and Switzerland in the area of a key account manager planning responsibility, hence, constantly analyzing and updating the sales forecast in order to improve the sales forecast accuracy and safeguard the optimal availability of goods.
- Short/Medium Term-Perspective – Sales Planning: To ensure always the right baseline and activity forecast planning in order to optimize the Sales Forecast Accuracy and improve the service level to our customers
- Long-Term-Perspective (S&OP-Planning): To ensure the availability of production capacities, raw- and packaging materials
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coordination and maintenance of KAM Sales planning processes according to the business strategy and marketing plan – standard business, promotions, seasonal business
- Sales Coordinator of planning processes with cross functional interaction between demand planning and sales department
- Responsible for timely and effectively organized activities in cooperation with Demand Planning and Marketing departments
- Ad hoc analysis for Country Manager & Sales Director
Who we are looking for:
- Sales Planning experience (approx. 3 years), FMCG as a plus
- Proficient in German and English– oral and written
- Communication and strong analytical as well as communication skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (e.g. Excel, Power Point)
- Background in forecasting and demand planning either from sales or demand planning perspective
- Ability to work cross-functionally
- Detail oriented, extremely accurate
- Understanding of commercial planning basics
