Nudging Sustainability at Ferrero: A Junior Project Manager Journey

Turning Trash into Treasure
The concept behind my project is as simple as it is powerful: harness the organic matter in food waste to produce renewable energy. My idea represents a bold step that challenges traditional perceptions of waste and showcases its inherent value. By transforming waste into a sustainable resource instead of putting it into landfills, I aim to create a better source of clean energy that can be used to power homes, businesses, and communities.
A Holistic Journey
The Nudge Programme has been nothing short of transformative. It has broadened my understanding of sustainability and helped emphasize its multifaceted nature that touches every part of our lives. This journey has inspired me to adopt a more holistic approach to sustainability that goes far beyond the idea of reduce, reuse, recycle.
