About the Role:
We are currently looking for three Curricular Interns (six-months) as Trade & Shopper Marketing Assistants. You will support the Trade & Shopper Marketing department in harmonizing Marketing and Sales strategies to obtain the best layout of our products in the point of sales, ensure proper stock, and enable the best experience for our shoppers.
Main Responsibilities:
The Trade & Shopper Marketing department consists of several teams that contribute to its overall mission and goals.
By joining Ferrero, you will have the chance to join one of the following teams.
In the Category Activation team, you will support in carrying out sell-in and sell-out strategies, assist in the creation of the shopper activation for the modern channel, guiding the execution of the category plan in the point of sales and monitor performance.
In the Revenue Management & Commercial Planning team, you will conduct promo positioning analysis (vs market and competition), support the team in defining promo strategies with the Marketing department and assist in analyzing key-quality indicators and ex-post analysis of promotional performances (ROI, uplift, trade margin, value generated for the retailer).
In the Trade & Shopper Marketing Out of Home team, you will support the decision-making process and channel knowledge through customer and sub-channel analysis, implement category management projects to collect data (data sharing) to improve further category development in OOH. You will also analyze and detect customer and shopper insights capable of creating category business development opportunities per channel/customers. Finally, you will develop projects on point of sales experience innovation (category re-invention; permanent expo; usage of pre and in-store technologies), setting the guidelines definition and action standard for the Retail Mix elements in scope for OOH Channels (POP displays, permanent expo e.g., Avancassa).
Who we are looking for:
You are about to obtain a Master’s degree in Economics, Marketing or related. Your passion for the FMCG industry and interest in social media, combined with your analytical skills, proactive and results-oriented approach, make you an ideal candidate. Proficiency in MS-Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and fluency in Italian and English, is also essential.
