As a child, Thayná and her sister enjoyed playing in both of their grandmothers’ kitchens trying out new recipes and baking cakes. This has carried forward into her current role where she rigourously checks that our products meet food safety and quality standards so that consumers have the very best taste experience. Of course, she gets to taste the products herself!

As Ferrero UK&I's Operations Manager for online direct-to-consumer sales, he applies this same team ethic to ensure his team delivers chocolates and personalized gifts that bring joy to our consumers.
Matt’s parents always encouraged him in team sports—a foundation that has shaped his professional mindset.
