Finance, Administration & Control

The Finance team is tasked with ensuring the proper management of our financial assets. They do this by dictating, implementing and measuring financial, operational, financial administration and tax optimisation strategies. They also ensure the correct management of cash flows, budgets and forecasting in order to provide the necessary financial resources to reach Ferrero’s corporate objectives. If you join our Finance team, you’ll be part of a group of professionals who have responsibility for the evaluation of new initiatives and investments, business cases, and M&A opportunities, and measure financial results and risks, brand profitability and regional profit and loss positions. The team also leads internal audits to ensure uniformity and methodology compliance across the global Group. Furthermore, they act as business partners by providing value-add information with action-oriented insights to the business, allowing teams to adjust their behaviour and successfully achieve business objectives.
